For parents or grandparents thinking of a great gift or endowment for that new family member…Give your Kid a Chance! Purchase a rental house or other type of investment property for your child/grandchild on a 15 year mortgage. When its time for little Johnny or Sussy to go off to college their education can be funded from the refinance or sale of the property or they can manage the property themselves (great education in itself!)
